Overview
The Junior Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing initiatives, product innovation, and omnichannel marketing activities across the Company’s portfolio of brands. This role supports both B2B and B2C marketing efforts across retail, foodservice, ingredient, direct-to-consumer, and eCommerce channels while partnering cross-functionally to support brand growth and business objectives.

The Junior Assistant Brand Manager collaborates with Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance, and external partners to support integrated marketing initiatives, digital commerce strategies, business analysis, product launches, and customer engagement activities. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of brand strategies and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands

Assist with digital, social media, retail, experiential, and omnichannel marketing programs

Support direct-to-consumer, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and related eCommerce initiatives including content optimization and digital merchandising

Monitor digital and eCommerce performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis

Analyze market trends, category performance, consumer insights, and competitive activity using Circana and related data sources

Support product innovation initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and new product launch activities

Assist with packaging development and coordinate with Quality Assurance and regulatory teams to support compliance requirements

Develop sales materials, presentations, and customer-facing marketing support tools for Retail, Foodservice, and Ingredient channels

Partner with Sales teams, retailers, distributors, and external partners to support brand visibility and customer growth initiatives

Track marketing campaign performance, sales trends, and key performance indicators to support business recommendations

Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams

Assist with budget tracking, project timelines, and marketing initiative execution

Support communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related functions

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience within consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments

Experience with Circana (IRI/Nielsen) or related market analytics platforms

Experience supporting direct-to-consumer and eCommerce platforms including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace

Experience with omnichannel marketing initiatives and digital commerce strategies

Experience leveraging consumer insights and feedback to support brand strategies

Strong brand management and marketing support capabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners

Strong communication and presentation skills

High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
