Our client is seeking a Sales Director to drive advertising revenue growth across the Toys, Automotive, and Telecommunications verticals within a fast-paced digital media and brand partnerships environment.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships, with deep expertise in Ad Sales/Media within the Automotive or Toy industries. This role will lead category-specific sales strategies, develop high-value partnerships, and drive revenue growth through client-direct relationships and multi-platform digital media solutions.
You must have strong experience building strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and senior-level stakeholders, along with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems including branded content, video, YouTube, retail media, programmatic, and measurement solutions. Experience managing executive-level conversations, developing go-to-market narratives, and closing complex partnerships is essential.
The successful candidate will be highly strategic, results-driven, and capable of balancing category leadership with hands-on selling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
