Amazon Music is in search of an Associate Livestream Producer to help capture the excitement and energy of a live concert in a high-quality livestream viewing experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, process driven, customer obsessed, creative problem-solving-self-starter with excellent communication skills and a mind for details in order to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion simultaneously. The Associate Producer role provides crucial support across projects, owning areas of logistics planning, channel management, contract workflow, purchase order and invoice management to assist, inform, and advance project development workstreams. In this role you will work with a team of producers and creative directors and be responsible for ensuring that pre-production logistics, budgets, schedules and channel management requirements are met in order to deliver a flawless execution that brings unparalleled live-music experience to our customers across multiple endpoints such as Twitch, Prime Video, and in the Amazon Music app. Organization and communication skills are crucial as you will work with many internal Amazon teams as well as external agencies, music labels, and artists teams to help bring all the pieces of the production puzzle together on time, on budget, and at the highest possible quality.

Responsibilities

Support pre-production logistics, budgets, schedules, and channel management to deliver high-quality livestreams across endpoints such as Twitch, Prime Video, and the Amazon Music app.
Assist with logistics planning, contract workflow, purchase orders, and invoice management.
Collaborate with producers, creative directors, internal teams, external agencies, music labels, and artist teams to assemble production elements on time and within budget.
Coordinate multiple projects at various stages of completion while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.
Ensure compliance with location-specific production guidelines and procedures as applicable.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Experience with content production processes
Experience with on-set physical production
3+ years of experience in video/media production
1+ years of experience working with Twitch or other live content platforms
1+ years of experience with Run-of-Show event responsibilities
Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Quip
Demo Reel or Personal Website showcasing examples of work
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing events/meetings in a global company
Experience with event AV and live event planning
Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing
Experience managing or coordinating multiple simultaneous projects, ideally in the media, arts, entertainment or events industries
Knowledge of location specific production guidelines and procedures
Working knowledge of post-production process, workflow and software
Working knowledge of signal flow and technology required for livestreaming video
Experience with corporate level, written and verbal communications skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market.
