Picture your Monday morning: you review your territory plan, line up visits with local companies, and prepare insights on staffing trends. By mid-morning, you are meeting a hiring manager to map out a customized workforce plan. After lunch, you follow up on proposals, negotiate service terms, and confirm next steps. You wrap the day organizing tomorrow’s prospecting list and updating your pipeline. That is a typical day driving growth for our local office at Express Employment Professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and deepen relationships with businesses in a defined territory to understand hiring and workforce priorities

Advise clients on Express Employment staffing, leadership, and HR solutions that fit their goals

Research, prospect, and qualify new opportunities to continually expand market reach

Manage and grow an existing book of business through attentive service and proactive outreach

Guide clients through every stage of the sales process, from discovery to agreement

Plan and execute daily sales activities to open new accounts

Negotiate pricing and prepare service agreements

Consistently achieve or surpass sales and activity targets

Qualifications

Outstanding written and verbal communication

Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Self-driven, goal-focused approach

Comfort working independently while managing a territory

High School Diploma or GED

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Compensation and schedule

Pay:

Base salary plus commission — estimated annual earnings

$35,000–$55,000 , depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
