Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the creation of assets across digital, social, and paid channels, as well as marketing and event collateral for ONE/SIZE brand. This role will work closely with all cross-functional teams to develop and execute the brand's creative vision, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand standards and objectives. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the Art Director.
What You’ll Do

Conceptualize and produce design assets across our consumer touchpoints: editorial campaign assets, packaging design, visual merchandising, digital advertising, digital assets, and social assets and content as needed.
Support all creative programs across Brand Marketing, Retail, and Digital from conception to execution.
Edit, cut, splice, and synchronize short video and audio clips, apply transitions, titles, sound effects, and color corrections for website and social media.
Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to create best-in-class collateral for events, mailers, inserts, print and education materials, etc.
Manage the design file library in partnership with the Senior Graphic Designer.
Create and maintain a consistent visual language and library for the brand across all sales channels and marketing touchpoints.
Ensure all design work meets the brand’s high standards for quality, innovation, and accuracy.
Manage multiple projects in partnership with all cross-functional team members, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated clearly.
Assist with the creation of internal and external presentations as needed.
Help maintain our brand style guide and create decks as it evolves with the business.
Non-Essential Job Functions

Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goals.
Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods.
Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned.
Support cross-departmental efforts or collaborative initiatives when required.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a graphic designer, preferably within beauty.
BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields.
Passion for beauty, pop culture, and exceptional taste.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and a range of design products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional technical and creative communication skills.
Collaborative, open-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Light HTML experience.
High proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and InDesign.
Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools.
Must be based in Los Angeles.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the following physical capabilities:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue.
Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
