To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time 340B Account Specialist will manage relationships with 340B qualified healthcare providers and contract pharmacies, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide proactive account management to help entities maintain compliant 340B programs
Develop and implement communication plans that promote awareness of products and services to clients
Analyze program performance and lead quarterly financial reports and audits to identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management within a 340B or healthcare setting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the 340B drug discount program and split-billing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills
ACE certification preferred
