Key responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the assigned territory
Lead strategic sales initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, workflow-based diagnostic solutions
Work closely with clinical laboratories to evaluate processes, improve efficiency, and implement advanced diagnostic technologies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, laboratory directors, and key stakeholders across public and private healthcare systems
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and expand market penetration
Manage pipeline development and forecasting using CRM systems; contribute to quarterly business reviews
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive customer engagement and solution delivery
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all professional activities
Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in complex clinical diagnostics sales, including capital equipment and/or reagents/consumables
Minimum 5 years of proven success in new business development and solution-based selling
Strong existing network and expertise within the clinical laboratory sector (e.g., national reference labs, large healthcare systems, or specialty allergy testing centers)
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluent English required; additional languages considered an advantage
Self-directed, field-based working style with willingness to travel regionally
