Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator provides end-to-end coordination for marketing events and promotions by managing logistics, inventory movement, and vendor support. This role partners with Marketing Communications, Product Planning, Sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and seamless execution of tradeshows, regional events, and product-launch activities.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus. Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Director with the planning and execution of tradeshows, heavily focusing on ship list preparation and coordination with warehouse for shipments.

Plan and execute dealer and other smaller/regional DJ events.

Deliver marketing materials to end-users and 3rd party vendors, including logo guidelines, product descriptions, etc.

Coordinate inventory requests and track inbound/outbound movements in partnership with warehouse.

Create loan agreements for artists/organizations, including vendor and events agreements.

Coordinate shipping of gear to media reviewers during product launches.

Assist with preparing post event reports.

Partner with sales representatives to ensure vendor store product displays align with company standards and specifications.

Expense inventory needed for events, show stock or prizes.

Collaborate with other marketing personnel to accomplish brand initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency

A minimum of four (4) years of marketing experience in event planning

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience in Google Suite, preferred

Experience in Asana (project management software) preferred

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel: Local and national travel to promotional events, trade shows, sponsorship events, etc. (up to 20%)

Note related to travel: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. This role involves regular regional travel by car and will require valid and active insurance.

Physical & Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, and walk. Must be able to sit at an office workstation for an extended period of time. May need to reach, stoop, or kneel to access items.

Must be able to talk, hear and use wrists, hands and/or fingers frequently and repetitively to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery.

Must frequently prepare or inspect documents, and convey details or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Ability to work independently, and prioritize duties to ensure timely completion. The ability to collaborate is also imperative.

Requires active listening, critical thinking, making decisions, time management, as well as administration skills.

Ability to interact in a courteous professional manner at all times.

Regular, predictable attendance is required. Includes adherence to the hybrid work schedule and core hours of 10am to 4pm on in-office workdays.

Role may require extended periods of standing, engaging with customers, and maintaining a professional demeanor in dynamic environments when travelling and representing the company at trade shows, conferences, or similar events.

Role occasionally involves physical activity such as lifting, carrying, and setting up booth materials and displays, as well as breaking down equipment post-event; comfortable with repetitive movement and occasional moderate lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment

No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office).

Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones, printers and light traffic).

Indoor business office environment with windows; light foot traffic within work areas.

Travel scenarios may include exposure to high-volume crowds, loud audio environments, dynamic lighting, and long travel days as applicable to events.
