Founding Designer

We are looking for a Founding Designer with 5+ years of experience to own design end-to-end at Inkeep — from product to brand to marketing. You'll be the visual brain of the company, reporting directly to the CEO, and shaping how Inkeep looks, feels, and behaves across every surface a customer or prospect touches. This is a rare opportunity to build the design function from scratch at a fast-growing AI company whose agents are already in production at Anthropic, Midjourney, Clay, and PostHog. You'll have meaningful scope, real ownership, and the freedom to set the standard for a future design team.

What will you be doing?

Own product design end-to-end — designing no-code agent building flows, developer-facing tooling, and complex agentic workflows that feel obvious and elegant

Build and maintain the design system — creating components, patterns, and documentation that set the bar for quality and consistency across product, marketing, and brand

Own the marketing site, landing pages, and campaign assets — shipping pages that are fast, accessible, and unmistakably Inkeep

Create sales and marketing materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, social graphics, and ad creative that make every customer-facing artifact feel cohesive

Shape the Inkeep brand — setting the visual language across website, product, social, video, and events, with strong opinions on typography, color, motion, and voice
