Commercial Account Manager, Energy Efficiency
Location: Oklahoma
ICF is seeking an Account Manager based in Oklahoma to assist in the delivery of energy efficiency programs. The selected candidate will manage a pipeline of existing energy efficiency projects, recruit new participants into the program, and call on customers and contractors in the utility client’s service territory with the goal of increasing energy efficiency projects and participation in utility incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit program participants
Account management
Develop and implement sales strategies
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and training to local stakeholder groups, contractors, and customers
Provide technical assistance and guidance on energy efficient technologies and practices to companies participating in utility-sponsored programs
Ensure projects are up to date in program tracking system by communicating with customers and contractors on project status and expected completion dates
Work as part of a team ensuring the evaluation, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects are successfully executed in all markets
Provide contractor support and assistance services, conduct surveys and inspections of energy efficiency projects to verify equipment installation and operation, and perform quality assurance reviews of submitted projects for approval
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of utility, energy efficiency, or equivalent trade experience
Economic analysis and familiarity with energy efficiency program implementation
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred Skills and Experience
Proven history of excellent attendance in the workplace free from excessive tardiness or absences
Experience with energy efficiency technologies and practices
Knowledge of the existing network of distributors, contractors, and construction companies serving Oklahoma
Experience working on successful energy efficiency programs
Utility experience and understanding of Demand Side Management (DSM) program implementation
Experience with ENERGY STAR, LEED, and other program platforms
Experience performing energy audits and energy savings calculations
Physical Requirements & Transportation
Must be physically able to climb ladders, lift 20 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as attic and crawl space inspections
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Pay Range
Based on full‑time employment: $60,940.00 – $103,598.00; location: Oklahoma Remote Office (OK99)
