To strengthen our marketing team, you will take responsibility for event marketing in national and international markets as an Event Manager (m/f/d), while also supporting strategic brand communication.
Your tasks
Responsibility for developing event concepts aimed at strengthening the brand, acquiring new customers, or increasing customer retention
End-to-end planning, organization, and execution of national and international trade fairs and customer events
Responsibility for event budget planning, cost monitoring, and commercial success evaluation, including negotiation of terms and invoice control
Ensuring smooth cross-functional communication between all involved departments
Evaluation and follow-up of events to derive optimization measures
Responsibility for inventory management, maintenance, and provision of promotional materials, equipment, and trade fair assets
Supporting the conception, creation, and publication of content for our social media channels
Your profile
Several years of experience in event and trade fair management, ideally in a B2B/technology environment and/or the defense industry
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills, confident appearance, and strong service orientation
Proficient in MS Office
Desirable: Initial experience in social media, content writing, and website maintenance (WordPress)
Required language skills: German – C2, English – C1
Willingness to travel to selected events (primarily within Europe)
