Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Washington. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and sales skills who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve companys sales goals
Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our productsservices
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of productsservices to clients
Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
Willingness to travel for business purposes
