Digital Marketing Strategist

– The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving digital marketing efforts across projects and initiatives. This role develops digital campaign approaches that align with organizational goals and contract deliverables, ensuring efforts are structured effectively and perform as intended.

Essential Job Functions

Develop digital campaign approaches, including channel selection, timing, and execution planning aligned with project goals

Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including search, social media, email, and paid media platforms

Develop and implement search strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO) and emerging generative search practices to improve visibility across traditional and AI driven search experiences

Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and performance

Monitor and analyze campaign and search performance data, identifying trends and making data informed recommendations and targeted improvements to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness

Recommend digital channel mix and approach based on campaign objectives, audience needs, and performance insights

Coordinate with internal teams to align digital efforts with project goals, messaging, and deliverables

Manage campaign timelines and workflows to ensure work is completed on time and within scope

Deploy and manage digital content and assets across platforms (email, paid media, text and social)

Adapt and prepare digital assets for deployment, including resizing, formatting, and making minor edits using existing templates and tools

Identify performance gaps or technical issues and implement or recommend solutions

Leverage AI enabled tools to support campaign execution, content adaptation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiency

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and best practices for digital marketing and search

Stay informed on digital tools, platform updates, SEO/GEO trends, and industry best practices to support ongoing improvements

Support internal reporting by compiling, analyzing, and summarizing performance data for team members and leadership

Other duties as assigned
