Employer PartnershipsPosition OverviewThe Clinical Account Manager (RN) owns the post-sale employer experience and is accountable for account retention, engagement performance, and renewal success. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for employer partners and members ensuring seamless implementation, proactive engagement strategies, and measurable value delivery throughout the contract lifecycle.This is a hybrid clinical-and-commercial role. The right person is a Registered Nurse who can engage members at key clinical moments, translate population health insights into business impact, confidently present data to HR and benefits leaders, and partner cross-functionally to drive retention and expansion.Role Snapshot

Travel: 10% travel expected for onsite kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, renewal meetings, and select events

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus variable incentive tied to account retention, renewal outcomes, and expansion revenue; full benefits and RN licensure support

Location: Hybrid, West MI preferred.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership & Onboarding

Receive formal account handoff from Sales and assume ownership of the employer relationship post-launch

Lead employer kickoff meetings and set implementation timelines, success metrics, and communication expectations

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing) to deliver a smooth, on-time program launch for the employer and its population

Oversee account configuration, reporting setup, and eligibility/data workflows to ensure everything is in place before go-liveRelationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR leaders, benefits teams, and employer stakeholders

Build trust-based, multi-threaded relationships across the buyer organization so the account is not dependent on a single champion

Maintain a consistent communication cadence through scheduled check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and executive updates

Proactively surface employer needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement

Document follow-ups, commitments, and action items in CRM and ensure timely closureEngagement & Performance Strategy

Monitor engagement and utilization metrics and present findings, insights, and recommendations to employer stakeholders on a regular cadence

Analyze program performance data to identify engagement opportunities, utilization trends, and cohorts needing targeted support

Develop and execute proactive engagement strategies to improve participation, outcomes, and employer-perceived value

Conduct or direct targeted outreach campaigns for high-cost, high-risk, or low-engagement populations in partnership with the clinical and marketing teamsClinical Oversight

Conduct direct member outreach related to abnormal lab results requiring timely follow-up, following established clinical escalation and documentation protocols

Serve as the clinical point of contact for employer partners, translating population health trends and clinical outcomes into actionable insight for HR and benefits leaders

Partner with the internal clinical team to identify high-risk and rising-risk members and ensure appropriate care coordination, referrals, and follow-through

Maintain clinical documentation and care management records in accordance with RN scope of practice, state licensure requirements, HIPAA, and company standards

Provide clinical perspective in employer business reviews, including de-identified case examples that illustrate program impact and member experienceRenewal & Growth

Own the renewal motion for assigned accounts, including building ROI-anchored business cases and leading renewal conversations with decision-makers

Partner with Sales to identify and develop expansion opportunities additional services, expanded populations, or new sites of care

Proactively manage the pre-renewal timeline (69 months out), ensuring executive sponsors are engaged and objections are surfaced early

Track account health indicators and flag at-risk accounts to internal leadership with a clear recovery planRequired Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license; BSN required

57+ years of total professional experience, with a meaningful portion in care management, population health, client-facing healthcare, employer benefits, or account management

Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing non-clinical business stakeholders (HR leaders, benefits consultants, executives)

Proficiency interpreting utilization, engagement, and outcomes data and translating it into clear narratives

Comfort operating in a high-accountability environment with retention and renewal metrics tied to the rolePreferred / Bonus

Experience in employer benefits working at a brokerage, benefits consulting firm, or in-house at a benefits/HR function

Existing relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, or benefits advisors

Experience in digital health, virtual care, value-based care, or employer-direct healthcare

Experience supporting or leading a renewal cycle with self-insured employers
