Proposal Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a long-time client in the construction industry who has a newly created opening for a Proposal Coordinator to join their team.
The Proposal Coordinator supports the team with client-specific and industry-specific proposal submittals, deliverables, and marketing collateral.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly team and supportive leader. This company has a strong reputation for long tenures and very low turnover because of their fantastic company culture and stability.
Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of proposal coordination experience within the AEC space (architecture, engineering or construction).
Bachelor’s degree in graphics, marketing, communications or related field.
Proficient in using InDesign, Creative Suite and MS Office is a must.
Able to work on a Windows platform.
Salesforce or similar CRM know-how.
Strong proofreading and editing skills, attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Maintenance and development of RFPs and RFQs and qualification packages.
Development of presentations and marketing/sales collateral.
Assist in CRM database management.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
