Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager
Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within a designated field territory and industry. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute territory‑specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs.
Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
Create and implement multi‑channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences.
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.
Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches.
Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact.
Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices.
Success Measures / Day in the Life
Oversee campaign and event execution.
Drive plans and decisions in partnership with sales stakeholders.
Formulate quarterly and annual ABM plan documents.
Make prioritization decisions on marketing mix.
Review account engagement metrics and program ROI.
Ensure program execution quality and timeliness.
Contribute to process improvement and best practice adoption.
Basic Qualifications
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.
Experience managing budgets.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Experience partnering with sales and sales leadership on GTM initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
Knowledge of key technology and market trends.

Base salary range: USA, CA, Mountain View – $88,700.00 – $155,200.00 USD annually.
Base salary range: USA, CA, San Francisco – $88,700.00 – $155,200.00 USD annually.
Base salary range: USA, NY, New York – $88,700.00 – $155,200.00 USD annually.
Base salary range: USA, TX, Austin – $80,600.00 – $141,100.00 USD annually.
Base salary range: USA, VA, Arlington – $80,600.00 – $141,100.00 USD annually.
Base salary range: USA, WA, Seattle – $82,700.00 – $141,100.00 USD annually.
