Your Role
Identify potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal network
Reach out to interested candidates to introduce MLR and its opportunities
Arrange meetings between selected candidates and our recruiters for thorough assessments
Maintain engagement with leads to ensure excitement during their hiring journey
Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate and current information
Earn commissions based on the meetings you coordinate, interviews that take place, and hires resulting from your efforts
Requirements for Success
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
