Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, collaborate with local professionals, and work with leadership to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities Guide for families and older adults – be the boots on the ground inside and outside the community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player – collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner – work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
