Position Summary Enspire for Enterprise is a premier digital marketing agency specializing in solutions tailored for franchise, multi‑location, and enterprise businesses. We provide a full suite of digital marketing services, leveraging data‑driven insights and our business intelligence platform to help clients unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships while driving performance across our Digital Advertising and SEO product lines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in strategic account management, leading to high client retention, product adoption, and revenue growth. You will proactively engage with franchise customers, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, training, and problem‑solving expertise. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Performance, and Leadership teams to maximize client success.
Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Performance Optimization – Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals. Create and implement data‑driven digital strategies (SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social Advertising) that align with client objectives. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance results. Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients maximize their digital marketing ROI.
Performance Overviews & Continuous Improvement – Conduct regular performance reviews to track and improve product effectiveness. Audit campaign performance, ensuring execution aligns with the overall strategy and industry best practices. Provide data‑backed recommendations for optimization and growth opportunities.
Client Engagement, Retention & Growth – Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchise clients. Ensure high product adoption and proactive engagement across accounts. Identify and execute expansion opportunities within the client portfolio. Proactively address churn risks through strategic retention efforts.
Internal Compliance & Process Adherence – Ensure accurate and timely updates within internal systems. Follow established best practices and maintain internal process compliance.
Training & Education – Provide engaging and interactive training to franchisee personnel on our product suite. Present best practices and industry insights, helping clients stay ahead in the digital space. Offer refresher sessions and training on new features to ensure continued product success.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
3+ years of experience managing complex Digital Advertising and SEO strategies, preferably in a franchise or multi‑location environment.
3+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
Expertise in SEO (On‑Page, Off‑Page, Technical), Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Social Advertising, with a strong focus on data analysis and optimization.
Proficiency in key digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Moz, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
Ability to analyze KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics, translating them into strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing strategies, with experience tailoring campaigns for diverse industries.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
Compensation Salary Range: USD$63,000 – USD$77,000 per year (US Only). The range is a good‑faith estimate and may vary based on job‑related factors such as location, experience, and expertise. Other Compensation (US Only): Eligible for participation in a company profit‑sharing bonus plan.
Benefits (US Only) Full‑time employees are eligible for enrollment in a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long‑term disability, and 401(k) participation with company match. Time off includes a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees, sick time based on state requirements, 8 company‑paid holidays, and 2 personal holidays per year.
