Growth Lead, Performance Marketing is a full-time position responsible for leading paid marketing operations in Israel, focusing on Google Ads and expanding into other channels while mentoring analysts and optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage campaign structure, bid strategy, and ad copy for assigned verticals across various platforms
Lead and mentor the Israel team, ensuring best practices and operational standards are met
Conduct systematic testing and performance reporting to drive conversion signal quality and optimize strategies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management, particularly with Google Ads/SEM
Proven experience managing high-spend Google Ads accounts ($1M+/month) with demonstrated performance improvements
Experience in paid social, remarketing, and display advertising
1-3 years of experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
Bachelor's degree with a quantitative or business background preferred
