Key responsibilities
Own and execute the social media and content engagement strategy aligned with audience growth goals
Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement
Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine content strategy and optimize performance through experimentation
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or audience development
Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive measurable growth
Strong understanding of platform dynamics and content formats across major social media channels
Experience creating engaging digital content, including video and graphics
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance
