Franchise Marketing Manager
Strong Youth Brands, headquartered for Soccer Shots (US) and Little Kickers (UK) youth enrichment franchise brands. Seeking a creative and high‑performing Franchise Marketing Manager to support our franchise communities’ local marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Support the effectiveness of the marketing team’s output via project management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partners.
Support rollout of marketing initiatives, tools, and campaigns across the franchise system.
Help Franchise Partners adapt national campaigns for local markets and use brand marketing tools, templates, and programs.
Develop and maintain local marketing calendars and assist in local campaign execution.
Research, establish, and support local-level partnerships, vendors, or promotional opportunities.
Develop and update local-level marketing how‑to guides, playbooks, and training materials.
Guide Franchise Partners on local digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and local listings.
Capture photo and video content as needed for social, email, and digital channels.
Provide project management oversight of all external marketing requests and queries, manage project details and timelines.
Maintain visibility into project workload and communicate timelines and expectations.
Act as liaison between the Marketing team and other departments to bridge processes and ease collaboration.
Work closely with marketing leadership and the Operations teams to ensure Franchise Partner needs are understood.
Act as Franchise‑level Marketing SME for all SYB Brands and franchisees across the network.
Train and educate franchise community (in‑person & online, 1:1, or at training events) on successful execution of marketing campaigns and brand compliance.
Stay informed of best practices in marketing specific to youth sports/enrichment and franchise industries.
Identify common challenges or requests and help improve tools, templates, and processes.
Desired Qualifications
Passion for our vision and mission, and core-value fit.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, franchise support, account management, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, communications, business management, advertising).
Strongly preferred: experience in a multi‑location or franchise environment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, general SQL knowledge.
Professional curiosity, ability to leverage working knowledge for better success.
Customer service mentality, proactive and professional communication.
Tech‑savviness.
Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in capturing content for social media (basic photography and video).
Collaborative and creative problem‑solving skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented, even at fast pace.
Ability to grow—accepts new challenges and improves from feedback.
