About the Role Shurco is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist who takes ownership of executing day‑to‑day marketing work and ensuring it is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time. This role plays an integral part in executing sales promotions and communications—ensuring they are delivered quickly and reach target audiences at the right time.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll support product priorities and sales efforts by deploying email campaigns, social media, and channel partner communications using established messaging and content. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to turn direction and available materials into clear, actionable deliverables.
You’ll operate within evolving systems and processes, with the opportunity to contribute to how marketing execution continues to improve over time. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable—someone who can manage multiple priorities, follow through, and keep critical work moving to support sales.
You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team that leverages diverse strengths to produce stronger work, hold each other accountable, and celebrate wins together.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Coordination Execute day‑to‑day marketing work across digital and channel touchpoints based on established priorities and direction
Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time and accurately
Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to Shurco brand guidelines
Digital, “Go‑live” Execution Publish and update website content in support of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Execute email campaigns and post social content using approved messaging and templates
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery across all digital touchpoints
Maintain lists to support targeted communication
Sales & Channel Support Assemble and maintain sales tools and materials (sell sheets, presentations, product information) using existing content
Partner with Sales to ensure materials are accurate, up to date, and easy to use
Support development and execution of the promotions calendar with Sales
Execute marketing communications and materials for channel partners
Support partner promotions and ensure consistency across partner‑facing materials
Product & Launch Support Execute marketing deliverables in support of product launches using provided messaging and materials
Coordinate with Product and Marketing Communications to ensure materials are delivered on time
Support rollout of materials across sales and channel touchpoints
What You Bring 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales support roles
Experience executing email campaigns and supporting digital marketing efforts
Social media campaigns and content scheduling
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines
Clear communication skills and a proactive, execution‑focused mindset
Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment that includes manual processes and evolving systems
Takes pride in accuracy, follow‑through, and getting work completed with the tools available
Experience in B2B, industrial, or channel‑driven environments is a plus
