About the Role
The Junior Digital Designer supports the social‑first marketing team in executing performance‑oriented creative across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation and an interest in expanding skills across graphic design and modern AI‑enabled tools.

You will work closely with our global marketing partners to assist in the creation, adaptation and optimization of creative assets.

In your first year with us, this is what you can expect to be doing:

Assist in the design and production of digital assets for social media

Support the creation and editing of social‑first content and static assets

Help adapt creative into multiple formats and variations for different platforms and performance testing

Assist with organising and preparing assets for organic and paid social campaigns

Learn and apply Barebells brand guidelines across all creative output

Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to support ideation, editing and asset creation under guidance

Monitor social trends, emerging platforms and creator‑style content, bringing ideas and inspiration to the team

Perform additional design and creative support tasks as assigned

Collaborate with the Social team to retouch, edit and create custom social content across all social channels

What you will need to succeed:

Portfolio or project samples demonstrating design fundamentals and creative potential (student work accepted)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects) and CapCut video editor or similar tool

Curiosity and openness to modern creative tools, including AI‑assisted design and editing tools

Strong attention to detail, organisation and willingness to receive feedback

Ability to work closely with a global team
