Driving measurable growth, the full-time Associate Director of Accounts will manage a portfolio of clients within the U.S. Fresh, Pantry & Naturals vertical, focusing on client engagement, opportunity identification, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Grow and deepen client relationships with key decision makers to expand solution adoption
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and opportunity identification
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, compelling solutions that lead to client action and measurable value
Required qualifications
6-8+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, account management, or market research/analytics
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing profitable growth
Experience in developing strategic account plans and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with syndicated POS data and analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
