Associate Director of Spending Accounts

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Associate Director of Spending Accounts will manage claims processing, funding reconciliation, and data analytics for spending account programs while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities

Leads and develops a team focused on claims administration and data analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance standards
Implements best practices for client service and operational excellence, serving as the final escalation point for complex issues
Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to drive process improvements and enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in spending account operations (HSA, FSA, HRA, commuter benefits)
5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or claims-related functions
2+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing or operational teams
Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and compliance related to spending accounts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
