Startup Bonus Package:
Retail agents receive an

$11,000 startup bonus

package, including:
Signing Bonus
$5,000 Signing Bonus approximately 30 days following full-time appointment

Up to $6,000 toward approved office signage and exterior branding

Fast Start Bonus: Up to 100% bonuses based on qualifying new business commissions

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Drive new business production and client retention
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of producers
Implement sales strategies and performance goals
Monitor metrics and maintain high service standards
Build relationships throughout the Phoenix and East Valley business communities
Leverage AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and scale operations
Develop and execute long-term agency growth strategies
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (insurance experience not required)
Leadership or management experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Self-starter with entrepreneurial ambitions
Ability to obtain state insurance licenses
