Referral Development & Territory Growth

Build and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, county agencies, rehabilitation centers, TCUs, and skilled nursing facilities.

Create new referral relationships while expanding existing partnerships.

Become a recognized resource throughout your territory for assisted living and memory care placement needs.

Admissions & Occupancy Growth

Convert referrals into tours and tours into move-ins.

Guide families through complex care decisions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

Create exceptional experiences throughout the admissions process.

Help drive occupancy goals across multiple communities.

Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline.

Consistently follow up with prospects and referral partners.

Track referral activity, tours, move-ins, conversion ratios, and sales performance metrics.

Develop strategies to improve results and maximize opportunities.

Community Representation

Represent Sunflower Communities at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community functions.

Build visibility and brand awareness throughout the marketplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in healthcare sales, senior living admissions, home care, hospice, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, long-term care, or related industries preferred.

Demonstrated success generating referrals, building pipelines, and closing business.

Strong presentation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Willingness to travel throughout assigned referral markets.
