Cyber Communications Coordinator

To support a major client engagement, the full-time Cyber Communications Coordinator will independently manage the vulnerability management lifecycle, including monitoring, triage, remediation coordination, and executive communications, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on vulnerability management processes and act as the primary liaison between business units and the vulnerability management team
Independently execute vulnerability management processes and monitor security advisories to identify emerging vulnerabilities
Produce executive-facing communications and reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with program standards and timelines

Required qualifications

3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT operations
Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability management tools
Hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning and ITSM platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create executive presentations and operational documentation
