We’re growing and looking for a smart, driven and creative
Account Manager
that is ready to Set Sail for our clients. The ideal team member would bring 2-5 years of agency level account management experience with excellent project management and people skills. The account manager acts as a link between our sales team, clients and the agency. Our Account Managers are responsible for managing campaigns, both traditional and digital, special projects and communicating clearly to all those involved. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge and experience in the areas of digital, social, web, and traditional marketing as well as experience working in an agency environment.

This position is full-time and based in Gilbert, AZ and you

work from the office during regular business hours.

Job Requirements
Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or closely related discipline
Minimum of 2 years in account service in an advertising agency
Google Ads Certified or willing to do so
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
Professional
Exhibits an entrepreneur mindset
Willingness to support other team members
Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong client service mindset
Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat for proofing
Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises
A flexible attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time
