Media Planner, Paid Social Town Halla fast-growing digital media agency serving higher education and mission-driven brandsis seeking a Media Planner, Paid Social to serve as the strategic lead for paid social campaigns across an assigned portfolio of clients. You'll thrive here if you're equal parts strategist, analyst, and communicator. Someone who can connect paid social performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion goals to real business impact and present insights with clarity and confidence to senior-level marketers. Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, and we are currently working in-office four days per week (Monday-Thursday). What You'll Do Develop media strategies for paid social channels (primarily Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok) grounded in measurement frameworks that map directly to client business objectives. Daily monitoring of ad campaigns, including campaign structure, targeting, creative, and budget optimizations. Define audience segments, identify opportunities for audience and creative testing, and recommend data-driven optimizations that improve efficiency and scale. Pixel management and conversion event tagging via Google Tag Manager. Collaborate closely with media buyers, paid-search strategists, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution and ensure message, channel, and audience cohesion across every touchpoint. Partner with Account Directors to present strategies and performance narratives to clients connecting metrics to outcomes and recommendations with clarity and confidence. Prepare campaign performance reports, including formal presentation documents as well as Google Looker Studio dashboards that organize and visualize cross-channel KPIs.
