Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.
Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital components for clients in the B2B/Retail sector.
Play a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting.
Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients, comfortable presenting plans both internally and to clients.
Maintain intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints (digital mobile, social, video).
Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value using data to craft actionable insights.
Manage vendor billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations.
Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations.
Draw actionable insights from syndicated data from partner reporting, ad serving reports, and dashboard data.
Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan.
Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients.
Maintain knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: IAS, DoubleVerify.
Prepare and deliver buying and/or digital trafficking specs and guidelines.
Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation.
Have general knowledge and strong foundation on the digital ecosystem to work independently and collaboratively daily.
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science.
1+ years of media buying/planning experience.
Agency experience highly preferred.
Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, and follow-through.
Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.
Hard-working, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
Strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends.

Compensation Range: $64,000 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) after criteria are met.
