You’ll generate and lead enterprise opportunities, advising C‑level executives in the AI decisioning and omnichannel personalisation space, while shaping industry conversations through thought leadership. You’ll drive Pega’s strategic client transformation initiatives, build executive networks, and lead prospecting strategy, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

Lead high‑value, enterprise sales cycles, advising C‑suite leaders on 1:1 customer engagement and AI‑powered decisioning transformation.

Champion Pega’s Next‑Best‑Action and Customer Decision Hub capabilities, positioning Pega as the definitive alternative to rules‑based and channel‑siloed engagement models.

Drive AI and ecosystem thought leadership, providing market intelligence to influence Pega’s product strategy and roadmap.

Demonstrate hunting ability, opening new business within strategic accounts and expanding existing footprints in the 1:1 engagement space.

Lead client change‑management efforts, shaping sales methodology and best practices around CDH adoption and value realisation.

Build C‑level networks and inbound thought leadership focused on AI decisioning, personalisation at scale, and enterprise customer experience.

Partner with marketing on demand generation and leverage GSI and ecosystem partners for enterprise referrals and CDH co‑selling opportunities.

Who You Are:
You will be comfortable engaging senior executives across marketing, CX, digital, and data functions, with a strong passion for key SaaS areas such as martech, customer journey, and digital marketing. You’ll communicate effectively with both business and IT leaders in blue‑chip organisations, thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, quickly grasp new technologies, and collaborate across all levels to drive results.

What You’ve Accomplished:

8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within AI, decisioning, martech, or customer engagement platforms.

Strong track record with complex, strategic accounts – hunting for new logos and radiating within existing ones.

Demonstrated ability to sell transformational, platform‑level change to C‑suite and senior marketing or CX leaders.

Recognised thought leadership in AI, personalisation, or real‑time customer engagement (speaking, content, industry awards).

Trusted advisor to CMOs, CDOs, and CX executives navigating the shift to real‑time, omnichannel decisioning.

Experience influencing product direction through client feedback and market insight.

Leadership of major customer engagement or digital transformation initiatives.
