We seek our first Integrated Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital media, social, email, events, and more.

You will grow demand, build sales pipelines, and craft far‑reaching programs based on data and careful planning. In addition, you will coordinate teams, create creative campaigns, track performance, and collaborate across departments.

You’ll Get To

Campaign Strategy : Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target segments.

Cross‑Channel Coordination : Work with online and offline teams—digital marketing, social media, content, design, and events—to ensure seamless execution.

Creative Direction : Guide design and content teams to produce brand‑consistent assets that resonate with audiences.

Content Planning : Collaborate on campaign content—including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

Execution & Project Management : Manage end‑to‑end campaign life cycles, including planning, timelines, asset development, and launches.

Budget Management : Monitor budgets, make data‑driven decisions to optimize ROI.

Measurement & Analysis : Set tracking mechanisms, analyze key metrics, derive insights, and recommend improvements.

A/B Testing : Design and run A/B tests to optimize messaging, visuals, and channel distribution.

Stakeholder Communication : Update cross‑functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders throughout the campaign life cycle.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

Post‑Campaign Reporting : Prepare reports summarizing results, insights, and lessons learned; present findings to the broader team.

Managerial Responsibility (if applicable) : Provide limited supervision and guidance as needed.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in demand generation, including successful integrated campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital, social media, content, events, and related channels.

Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative thinker who generates innovative campaign ideas and strategies.

Analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and optimize performance.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.

Strategic mindset aligned with broader business goals.

Adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range
USD $143,000.00/Yr. – USD $179,000.00/Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement
Placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine offers short‑term and long‑term incentive programs with eligibility, along with a robust benefits and wellness plan.
