This is a full-time in person for a Director of Operations, based in Brookfield, WI. The Director of Operations will oversee and improve daily business operations, analyze workflow for efficiency, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, forecasting and planning. You must also be able to manage and optimize the current team. The role requires strategic planning and actionable execution to support company growth.
Proven expertise in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills

Experience in Team Management and advanced leadership abilities

Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Previous experience in fast-growing small businesses is a plus
