News Editor & Studio Tech — Elevate Local News

Marquee Broadcasting Inc. is looking for a dependable individual to fill the full‑time position of News Editor/Studio Technician.

Requirements

Knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, editing equipment, and broadcast studio equipment (preferred but not required).

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work days, nights, and some weekends.

Responsibilities

Editing and sending video for newscast.

Uploading video content to website.

Operating equipment during newscast.

Responsible for pre‑show checks to ensure equipment is ready for use.

Audio operator will monitor microphone levels and record soundbites as needed.

Help update community calendar and public file as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

Wage Range:

$15.00/hr – $17.00/hr.
