Sourcing Business Development Director

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Sourcing Business Development Director will drive strategic innovation in third-party solutions development, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute complex sourcing strategies to enhance competitive advantages across business pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing professionals while fostering an inclusive team culture
Develop and implement complex sourcing strategies, managing supplier networks to ensure optimal performance
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with a focus on sales support
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Professional sourcing/procurement certifications such as CPSM or CPM
Experience in commercial real estate or integrated facility services industries
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing client relationships at senior levels
