Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting solutions-based projects within the organization. It manages project activities and develops project plans to support the client’s strategy. The individual is responsible for the pace and timing of deliverables, ensuring the project is delivered on-time and within spec.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, analyze, and create solutions for new customers and new opportunities.
Collect project specifications from clients and available resources to accurately communicate those specifications to internal and/or external service departments.
Resolve material, due date, and print option requirements based on customer specifications.
Provide regular communication to the customer regarding solutions and project inquiries, maintaining open communication to ensure projects are delivered as agreed.
Optimize and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams, setting and meeting deadlines with quality deliverables while adapting plans based on changing circumstances.
Develop and maintain an environment that fosters a sense of urgency, professionalism, and execution among all team members.
Communicate progress of client engagements and program initiatives to internal and external stakeholders frequently and clearly.
Develop and manage project timelines and task lists, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate regularly with all departments to ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality services.
Maintain positive and productive relationships with key client contacts and internal teams.
Bring ideas and solutions to the client and team to accomplish current and potential client needs.
Demonstrate strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills with clients, SMEs, vendors, and partners.
Review estimates received from internal departments for accuracy.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
3 years of Account Management experience.
3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification helpful.
Bachelor’s degree in business, graphic communications, or related area of study.
5 years of Account Management experience.

Location Addendums
If the position supports an Iowa-based client, requires up to 10% travel (limited cases).
