Overview
This position requires a highly motivated person to lead the day-to-day execution activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.
Responsibilities
Role Objectives:
Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital channels for clients in the Pharmaceutical sector
Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and campaign set up
Training/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research
Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints across digital channels such as- video, display, audio, out of home, and more
Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
Assist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations
Draw actionable insights off syndicated data from Nielsen, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance and Quantcast
Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients
Maintain a knowledge of all digital platforms enabling digital buying and campaign management such as Innovid, CM360, Prisma, DoubleVerify, and more
Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
1+ years of media buying/planning experience
Agency experience highly preferred
Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc
Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends

Compensation
Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $66,300.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 7/10/26.
