Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Real Estate Videographer based in Millburn, NJ. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content for real estate marketing. Tasks include operating cameras, managing lighting, and ensuring that all video captures meet quality and creative standards. The position requires collaboration with clients and the internal team to deliver visually compelling content that highlights real estate properties effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Video Production, including planning and executing video shoots
- Expertise in Camera Operation and Shooting Video, with a focus on capturing professional, high-quality footage
- Skills in Lighting and managing setup to ensure optimal video quality
- Experience with various camera equipment and an understanding of technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with real estate videography or related fields is a plus
- Access to transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate on-site shoots
