Our client, a leading organization in inventory management and customer solutions, is seeking a VMI Specialist to join their team. As a VMI Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting customer satisfaction and inventory efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Manage inventory levels at designated customer sites to ensure optimal stock availability.
Receive, unpack, and organize products at various solution points of use.
Perform basic repairs and maintenance on solution equipment to uphold quality standards.
Utilize routing software to log and track daily account activities accurately.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customer contacts to promote solution retention and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
