Our client, a national award-winning creative, marketing, and tech workforce solutions agency, is hiring a Regional Director of Sales for a full-time remote position focused exclusively on permanent placement services. Required Experience:
Creative staffing industry background (marketing, creative, digital, UX/UI, design, content, production, etc.)
Proven success selling
Contract Staffing
VMS/MSP programs
Managed Services
Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Experience leading and developing sales teams
Strong history of opening new accounts and driving revenue growth
Ideal Background:
Currently a Director, Regional Director, VP Sales, Practice Leader, or top-producing Sales Manager at a creative/digital staffing firm
Has relationships with marketing, creative, digital, and in-house agency leaders
Comfortable selling enterprise solutions while coaching individual contributors
Experience working with national accounts and large MSP/VMS environments
