Outside Field Sales Representative

Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. Your role involves collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit potential businesses, pitch the program, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events. This role requires travel within your designated territory and offers the potential to earn commission.
Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns such as Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills

1-2+ years of field sales experience.
Experience in account management and CRM, with Salesforce being preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or another language is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Field sales experience is a must.
Reliable transportation is necessary for travel around Brooklyn.
Work Environment

The work environment includes four team members in the Bronx, with opportunities to work alongside one of the largest employers in the US. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with potential earnings targeted at $25k+ yearly and six-figure potential. There are bonuses for each application and for partners ready to launch. Additional benefits include a $50/month phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement at 72.5 cents per mile.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
