We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Director, Media Sales with deep expertise in global markets and a proven record of driving sustained revenue growth. This role requires a leader with strong commercial acumen , proven ability to perform under pressure, and established relationships with global executives.
The Senior Commercial Director will spearhead business development efforts, expand our portfolio with multinational clients, and drive high-value media and advertising partnerships. With 15+ years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or technology industries , the ideal candidate has global exposure, a strong understanding of the media landscape, and the ability to consistently deliver results in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global sales initiatives with responsibility for delivering aggressive revenue targets.
- Apply strong commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow a diversified global client portfolio.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and expand relationships with C-level executives, CMOs, Heads of Media, and senior decision-makers .
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on global media, advertising, and technology solutions.
- Secure long-term partnerships that align with client and company growth objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closing, and renewals.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends to identify new revenue streams and competitive opportunities.
- Pipeline, Process & CRM Management
- Maintain strict pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and performance monitoring.
- Leverage CRM tools for client engagement, relationship tracking, and sales optimization.
- Develop best practices and mentor team members in structured sales processes.
- Industry & Leadership Impact
- Represent the company at industry events, global conferences, and high-level forums .

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience , ideally in media, advertising, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong track record of consistent revenue growth and market expansion .
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with global C-level executives and senior stakeholders .
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-geography sales pipelines.
- Background with enterprise technology or high-performance sales organizations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle) strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems, sales monitoring, and structured pipeline management .
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to thrive in high-pressure, target-driven environments .
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
