The Director – Debt Analytics is part of MetLife Investment Management (MIM). MIM, based in Whippany, NJ is one of the largest institutional investors and asset managers in the world, with nearly $740 billion in combined managed assets. MIM’s Global Real Estate and Agricultural Investments maintains a portfolio invested in commercial real estate and agricultural mortgages, as well as real estate equities.
This senior role within the Research, Valuations & Analytics (RVA) team will serve as a critical resource for analyzing and understanding the composition and performance of MetLife Investment Management’s commercial and agricultural mortgage portfolios. The role requires expert knowledge of commercial mortgages and supporting systems. The position functions as a strategic liaison across key internal stakeholders - including Finance, Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Treasury, Audit, and Senior Management.
