Digital Marketing Account Manager (Wakefield, MA) – C-4 Analytics
Responsible for managing a portfolio of high‑impact digital marketing accounts for automotive dealerships. Works closely with internal teams to translate client objectives into successful paid search, social, and web campaigns. Requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive results while fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advocate and daily contact for a portfolio of 12+ accounts, proactively managing client satisfaction and retention.

Own the full campaign lifecycle—strategy, pitch, setup, and execution—across Paid Search, Social, and Web.

Utilize Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze traffic, pitch optimizations, and deliver monthly reports that translate data into compelling narratives.

Lead cross‑functional and third‑party coordination, directing internal teams (Creative, Content, Paid Search) and external vendors, and tracking tasks within JIRA.

Conduct weekly client update meetings and maintain professional communication to keep stakeholders informed of progress and campaign health.

Ensure all marketing assets meet brand standards, regulatory compliance, and receive formal client approval prior to launch.

Provide operational agility by handling additional duties as assigned and traveling as necessary to support client needs.

Qualifications
Must‑Haves

3+ years of Digital Marketing, Account Management, or direct client‑facing experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Strong presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate value to clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication; professional email writing.

Demonstrated time‑management and project‑management skills.

A positive attitude that resonates throughout the team and company.

Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice‑To‑Haves

2+ years building multi‑faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social, and email marketing.

Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.

Experience using a project‑management tool, preferably JIRA.

Experience in the automotive industry.

Compensation
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000. The final salary will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. The range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit.
