Leading a team of engineers and analysts, the full-time remote Director of Solution Design will develop innovative, data-driven supply chain solutions, ensuring operational excellence and financial viability for key customers while collaborating with various departments to create integrated logistics solutions.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end solution design process for new business and optimize existing operations
Collaborate with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer engagements and ensure solutions meet customer expectations
Audit financial reporting to identify improvement areas and ensure fiscal discipline within the organization
Required qualifications
Minimum 4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of business leadership experience in international logistics
Experience in developing customized solutions, particularly in freight forwarding
Knowledge of the automotive and technology industry verticals
Proven track record of improving operational performance with customers
