Job Description
- Strategy Development & Execution : Responsible for developing and executing the company's overall advertising strategy to enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Management : Oversee and manage both online (social media, SEM, SEO, etc.) and offline (print media, outdoor advertising, etc.) advertising campaigns, including budget creation and management.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and competitors to propose innovative advertising solutions.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure advertising content aligns with the brand image.
- Effectiveness Evaluation : Assess advertising performance, provide detailed analysis reports, and optimize strategies based on results.
- Ad Design : Capable of independently handling advertising design tasks.
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- Experience : 3-5 years of relevant advertising experience.
- Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of effective collaboration across multiple departments; familiarity with various advertising channels and tools.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in both Chinese and English.
