Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Content Designer will drive innovation in content experience design and knowledge management to enhance the digital employee experience, working remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities
Build a scalable knowledge management approach for content lifecycle phases across internal organizations
Design and develop internal tools and workflows to optimize knowledge for AI-powered employee experiences
Create content design standards and governance models to ensure a consistent voice across employee-facing products
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing high-quality in-product content and implementing knowledge management strategies
Broad knowledge of information architecture principles, including taxonomy and structure
Experience with modular content management systems such as Contentful or Brightspot
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to execute complex initiatives
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in knowledge-centered methodologies and content strategy
