Leading the strategy and execution of digital-first customer engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Lifecycle Manager will architect and implement lifecycle campaigns, develop an AI-powered customer success strategy, and drive in-app adoption across the product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Design and execute automated customer journeys to enhance onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
Own the strategic vision for AI-powered customer engagement, defining customer problems and establishing success criteria
Define in-app messaging strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital customer success, customer marketing, or marketing automation in B2B SaaS
Proven track record in designing and executing lifecycle campaigns at scale
Deep hands-on experience with customer success platforms such as Totango or Gainsight
Strong technical aptitude and experience integrating multiple systems (CRM, CS platforms, marketing automation)
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
